At Papa Africa, we want every order to arrive as it should and every customer to shop with confidence.

If there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to make it right in a fair and timely way.

Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, please contact us within 14 days with your order number, clear photos, and a short explanation of the issue so we can review it promptly.

Because many of our products are food and consumable items, opened or unsealed items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method.
